1976 Rockwell Commander 112A.  This is NOT a project airplane.  This IS a turn-key well taken care of Commander!  I'm selling her because I just bought a Cessna 310R.  I can't keep both so the Commander has to go.  If you are not familiar with the Commander line, do yourself a favor and do some research.  These are VERY safe, VERY comfortable airplanes with an amazing owner group online that offers a lot of collective wisdom.  Parts availability is excellent with great support offered by several shops across the country.  I consistently see 135 knots true airspeed on 9 to 10 GPH.  (Look up my flights on Flight Aware).  The engine is right at 1000 hours SMOH and running strong and smooth (compressions in the high 70's), clean borescope of the valves/cylinders 2 months ago and lots of new items including...new Tempest plugs, 500 hour magneto overhaul was just completed, 25 hours since prop overhaul, dynamic prop balance, new Lord engine mounts, new lightweight starter and ignition harness being installed next week at Annual.  That's right, she comes with a fresh annual!  The Annual is being done by a very reputable shop in Northern Wisconsin that has Commander experience.  They have never seen my airplane, so this will be another set of eyes on her.  (Come on up and use it as your pre-purchase inspection?)  As you can see from the photos the paint is like new (2002) and still glossy, you can see your reflection in it.  The leather interior, carpet and headliner are all in excellent condition.  I have all the logs scanned and available since new.  No major damage history.  (prop strike in 1998 that involved an engine tear down, and the engine was later overhauled on schedule).  All AD's complied with including elevator AD.  Great history, great maintenance, great ownership history.  Airplane is based in Madison, WI (MSN).  Easy airline ride from just about anywhere.  I will provide training/checkout for free.  CFII/MEI  Send me a message if you would like a link to additional photos and the log books.  This listing is subject to removal at any time as the aircraft is also available for sale locally.   $1000.00 deposit required within 24 hours of auction closing.  Please only bid if you are a cash buyer or already pre-approved for a loan.  Thanks!
