Beautiful Piper Cherokee 140 (160 HP) In annual - May 2015. New prop, new tires, New Concord maint. free battery, new windows, new interior, excellent paint. Prop dynamically balanced. Very smooth! Plane is really superb. I put over 250 hrs on it since I bought it in December 2012. Never a problem. Oil changed between 30-50 hrs. Hangared at the Sidney airport(I12). Flown regularly. Has O-320 carb. lycoming 150 hp engine with a bit over 1385 hrs. (2000 TBO). 4500 on frame. One of the nicest I've ever seen. 50 gal fuel capacity at 8 gph for a very long range. Great for students, schools, new pilots or anybody who likes to fly long distances in a very reliable plane. Log books complete since day 1 in 1966. Title clean and clear. Plane is IFR certified till 2016.
