Down payment of $2,000 due at time of sale; balance due within 7 days.  All payments must be certified bank draft, cashiers check or official check through a major US bank. Buyer must pick up aircraft at its current location (North Carolina) at Buyers expense.  We reserve the right to refuse to sell this aircraft outside of the lower US 48 states.

Aircraft is sold as is, where is, with no warranties, either written, spoken or implied.

Buyer must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement within 7 days of sale closing.

Pre-purchase inspection must be completed at aircraft home base and paid for by the Buyer in all cases.
