Interior
New carpets in Aft cabin (2012), and Blue sidewall fabric replaced in 2011. Black front cabin carpeting and Grey patterned seats with Light Grey Faux Leather setbacks done in 1990. Plastic parts replaced with new throughout. New front seat McFarlane gas-spring pistons for seat height adjustment, replaced in 2015. Seat tracks and bearings, as well as control column lubed with silicon spray every 10 hours.
Exterior
White with Red. Good condition. Painted in 1991. Regular weekly washes with quarterly waxes last 4 years.
Notes

Solid aircraft with all maintenance items performed per applicable regulations, manufacture specifications and recommendations. No outstanding discrepancies or inoperative equipment. Immaculate Pt.135 maintenance for setup mainly for passenger charters and tours.

Regular oil changes with Aeroshell 100W Plus Oil. New engine, Prop and engine mount overhaul in 2012. Most recent maintenance items include brand new wing walk and cabin door hardware. All SBs complied with.

Complete Logs since new with delivery information and equipment list. Complete AFM with duplicate copy and electronic copy, as well. Will deliver with MEL template, which includes NEF items, upon request.

This aircraft has been on a 50/100 hour maintenance interval program for a vast majority of it's life. Mostly resided in the west coast, with a brief stint in Florida and the Midwest.
