Our flying club has officially closed and this is the last aircraft to be sold Our members absolutely loved it! It is a Piper Warrior with an Avcon 180HP STC. You'll be able to climb out at over 1200fpm!!! The aircraft has 8460TT and 2592SMOH. At the last 100 hour inspection on 7/28/17 compressions were 74/80, 76/80, 77/80, and 76/80. This airplane is in great shape... take a look at the paint in the pictures! 

The aircraft is equipped for IFR operations. Avionics include:

-King KMA 134 Audio Panel

-Garmin 430 GPS Nav/Com

-King KX155 Nav/Com

-Garmin GTX327 Transponder

-Telex PC-4 4-Place Intercom with Dual Push-To-Talk

Annual is due by July 2018

IFR Check is due by July 2019

This will make someone a very nice aircraft for training or personal travel. It has served our club well and we want it to go to a great home. There is some very minor hail damage on the control surfaces but you have to be looking for it. The pictures are exactly what you can expect to see in person. The GPS gives a message about ambient light sensing, but all functions work on the unit. Feel free to come take a look at the airplane anytime during the auction, but we will not be ending it early!

A $1000 deposit is due immediately following the auction and the remaining balance is due via cash, certified funds, or wire transfer within 7 days. The airport storage fees are paid through September, but they will be the responsibility of the new owner beginning October 1st. Tie-Down spots can be purchased for $52/Month.
