The last annual was completed in the 90s with a ferry permit obtained in the early 2000s it was flown at that time to Melbourne fla where it has lived in a hangar since. Although there is some external surface corrosion it seems to be ok as it was treated with corrosion proofing before it was put away.

The plane has 2217 TT and the engine has 1770 since major according to the log books. We have the log books from 1977 to now but the first years are in Spanish as the plane was based in Mexico for some time. Have the certificate of airworthiness, poh with weight and balance as well as an owners manual and the before mentioned log books

The plane has electric gear and flaps, individual reclining rear seats, and one piece windshield. there are some spots that were cleaned and treated in its recent past and the airframe looks to be in decent shape. a new paint job should get rid of any residual corrosion spots. . The interior is all there but you would want to replace it.

Radios are the same way. Older com radios but need updating. Glass would probably pass one more annual.

The things that are needed to run are as follows. The electric fuel pump needs to be overhauled, as does the carburetor accelerator pump. The starter will need to be overhauled as well. we ran the engine last week and found that it runs ok but needs some more tuning to be 100%.  The brakes will need to be serviced as well. These are the things that will need to be done that we know of. the plane is disassembled and located at our facility in Morristown tenn.   it is ready to go on your trailer or we can deliver the plane for a fee.
