This bird is a nice flying airplane with nice paint and a servicable interior. The logs are complete with no major damage history. The annual is current until Sept.1, 2014 and the IFR check is good until May 2015. The engine is high time but running strong with good power, good compressions and normal oil usage. Overview:  This N model Skyhawk is a great flying bird with no issues. The engine is high time but running strong with good power and compressions. Compressions taken on 5/27/14 were #1) 77/80, #2) 72/80, #3) 74/80 and #4) 78/80. The paint is very sharp and has nice ramp appeal. The logs are complete with no major damage history. This late model Skyhawk will make someone a great bird and is priced to sell.
