Great deal on a 172 L 1971 Cessna Skyhawk with all original log books/no damages; new paint in 2012 and glass in 2011; carpet, seats, head liner are all good; We have owned this plane since 4/2009. It is being flown and serviced regularly and has a fresh annual. Avionics include 1 radio, transponder (transponder check on 3-12-14),new battery installed on 9-14-14, just installed pilot seat secondary stop on 10-23-14; TT4135; SMOH1826; 150 HP; 150 HP Lycoming 0-320-E2D engine; We will include the cockpit cover and boots (which are in very good condition but have not been installed since the new paint job); Compressions have consistently been in the low and mid 70's.
