UPDATED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ASKED: SR#24-4713, N9217P. The aircraft has been owned by the current owner since 1976 (2 owners prior to him....1 in NV and 1 in SD), and he is selling it because he feels it's time to let it go. It was last flown about 1 1/2 yrs ago (just before the annual expired), but the mechanic still takes it out of the hangar to run the engine from time to time. The ADs are up to date with exception of the latest one (for the tail stabilizer horn). It is not IFR certified, but it does have a Garmin-VFR-250, and Narco Mark 12B. Everything is original with exception of the carpet and the windshield (now a 1 piece). The empty weight is 3100 lbs with useful load of 1200 lbs. The aircraft and logbook are maintained at the FBO at Rapid City Regional Airport. The engine has not been overhauled; it is the original engine, but has had continual inspections and standard preventative maintenance (oil, battery, prop, etc).
