This is a great airplane and a great time builder.  It has 1 freshly overhauled engine and two freshly overhauled propellers.  The airplane does NOT come with the Garmin 530 that is installed right now. Unless you want it, then we can talk, but this auction is for without it.  Airplane is at moraine airpark (I73) if you want to come look at it. I have all the logs and record and they are all complete and in good shape.  Annual and IFR certs were done in March of this year.  Airplane is flying so times may change. 
Airframe:
Around 7000 hours on the airframe. All AD's complied with.
Engine Specs:
O-470M engines.  RH approx 49SMOH  LH approx 1700SMOH

Hartzell 2 blade props.  AD compliant and just overhauled.
