Most of the items and/or accessories we list come to us from surplus auctions, trade-ins, or consignment. These items were removed from service because they are obsolete, retired and/or damaged.  All electronic items, devices are tested for power up only and, may contain defects not immediately detectable.  While we will attempt to provide the most up-to-date information and respective condition of the item(s), we do not have the staffing or expertise to fully test every piece of equipment offered. 

All auctions are for hardware only, any software or operating systems that may be installed should be considered unlicensed. These items have seen a lot of use and may have cosmetic damage (paint chipping, scratches, asset tags, dings, dust, etc).   We encourage the local bidders or their agents to inspect the item(s) prior to putting a bid; they may contact us via e-mail or phone (281 919 3300) for setting up an appointment prior to the end of auction.

The old/used batteries (in any working device) are not guaranteed. Although we test batteries for their ability to hold a charge, the remaining capacity of a used battery is difficult to determine. We do not field test batteries for extended use or We CAN NOT test used batteries in any way.  

Any USED electronic item with battery (ies) is sold “AS IS” and all buyers should consider even the working battery (ies) as “dead”.  In most of the cases, we remove the batteries as a safety precaution as well . We always recommend replacing the batteries for best results in operating any of battery operated/electronic devices.

As a seller of listed item(s), we try our best to precisely describe its condition however, expect a chance of human error. Please review the auction listing carefully prior to bidding. In most of the cases the items are listed under AS IS and, photographed exactly as items will be shipped, including any and/or all accessories, manuals, and box if pictured/listed.

POLICIES

Items listed as “for parts or repair” should not be expected to function without the buyer correcting any or all deficiencies, which may include additional problems not declared in the items description.  In some cases these items may have reach to its expected life. 

All items listed under “USED” category with non-returnable condition, does not mean that the item does not work, OR that we have not tested or checked it out but, it means that 1) it turns on and will not be DOA, 2) we could not do any more tests as we are not knowledgeable in this specific item.

We cannot/ will not provide hardware technical support after the sale and DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS under any circumstance.  Licensing/Activation of software and/or operating systems is the responsibility of the buyer, no assistance, contracts or license information will be provided.

All item(s) listed as parts/not working and/or UNTESTED, regardless of stated condition or description are auctioned and/or listed AS-IS, without any guaranty or warranty. 

AS-IS, No Warranty: When an item is stated as being AS-IS, the condition of the item is either unknown or has known issues (as stated in the description) and does NOT carry any warranty and NO returns will be accepted for this item.

            14-Day Return: The buyer has fourteen days to contact us for a replacement or refund. The item must be shipped back to us during this return period, which starts the day the item is delivered to your shipping address. We reserve the right to use our discretion when choosing between a replacement and refund.

PLEASE NOTE: All shipping rates are calculated based on an estimation of the items packed weight. We will always make our best effort to adjust this rate once we know where the item is being shipped, and your invoice will reflect this or a refund shall be made after shipment. If for any reason you feel that the rates are higher than they should be, please feel free to contact us, and we would be more than happy to re-assess the charges (please consider insurance, packaging and handling charges as well). Additionally, if you purchase several items, eBay's combined shipping calculator rarely produces an accurate estimation of combined shipping weight and does not include insurance, packaging and handling charges as well, so please contact us and we will make any necessary corrections.

SHIPPING

• A contact name, phone number and company name are required for shipping purposes; items may not ship unless this is provided.
• In the event that the bidder/buyer would like to handle the shipping arrangements, please provide us with your FEDEX or UPS shipping information and account number however, there is a packing and handling fee for doing so that varies depending on the size and weight of the item. • We or Pay-pal will e-mail you with any available tracking information, usually the evening after your order ships.
• Order is shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment is made. The delivery time to your door, after our shipment is beyond our control.
• Most items are shipped through FedEx Ground, with a tracking number and automatic claim protection.
• If the item is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, the item will have a delivery confirmation number which can be used to track your order.

INTERNATIONAL

• For faster international processing please provide your VAT Number, Tariff Code, or Schedule B information, if known.

FREIGHT

• For items that require freight shipping, the buyer is solely responsible for arranging and paying for this service. The items weight and dimensions will be included in the listing or provided upon request.
• We will handle all of the preparations for freight shipments, i.e.: palletizing, shrink wrapping, etc.

RETURNS

Our return policy doe not comply to items listed under Parts/Not Working.  All sales to this category is final.

We make every effort for 5-star service either by stating upfront the descriptions. If you feel we made an error in describing our item, please contact us prior to contacting E-Bay or leaving any feedback, we will do our level best to resolve any or all concerns to your satisfaction, either by replacing your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 5 business days of its return or shall refund the cost of item, other than that, all sales are final “No Returns”.

Exchanges are allowed with prior approval from us, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days (not business days) of receiving (based on delivery confirmation). Items for exchange must be complete with original packaging and tags. Otherwise, 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item.  If item is damaged during transit such item will not be exchanged or credited. Please note that any exchange or refund will only be initiated after the receipt of item(s) from us. In all cases (except DOA), Shipping and Handling cost is non-refundable at any time & Buyers are responsible for all of the shipping charges associated with the exchange.

Most of our items have Security “Tempered Evidence” Seals/identification marks, we keep all the pictures/records of our items prior to listing which, is destroyed after successful completion of transaction (a positive feed-back).   NO REFUNDS shall be made to tempered (or opened in any way) items and, such an act will be notified to e-Bay for further inquiry/action.  Return items must be insured, no claims will be honored for items damaged during return shipment.  A refund shall only be made after physical examination, testing and serial verification of the item.
