Used military surplus automatic altitude reporting encoders and altimeters tester manufactured by Kollsman Instrument.  P/N is TTU-229/E.  Tester looks to be in very good shape, but I have no way of checking it out operationally, so I am listing as parts only or needs repair.  Cables are stored in the lid.  Power cord is also in the lid.
