History:

This aircraft was purchased by Walter Aviation in February 2015 as a Part 135 Cargo aircraft. The aircraft has been on a Part 135 Certificate it’s entire life, and it has been maintained per those regulations. Log book records are extensive and complete (3 large boxes). Walter Aviation is selling the aircraft due to a lack in demand for small cargo services in the area.

The aircraft has been fitted for cargo operations, and includes a completely gutted interior with sheet metal walls, roof, and floor. It also has a bulkhead installed just aft of the front seats to separate the crew from the cargo area. The main cargo bay has a cargo net installed, and is sealed with cargo pit tape.

Avionics:

The aircraft has a standard six pack and has the following avionics included:

•         King KMA-20 Audio Panel
•     King KX-170B Nav/Com and Indicator (non-glideslope)
•     King KR-86 ADF Receiver and Indicator
•     King KN-64 DME

There is no transponder, com/nav #2, or Indicator #2, or  intercom installed in the aircraft, but the pilot side jacks work fine for radio communication.

Recent Maintenance/Damage History:

The aircraft has no major damage history. Recent repairs include a new nose strut trunnion casting in December 2015, a steering cam in March 2016, and another steering cam in Oct 2016. All work was logged.
