For eBay listings we only accept Paypal as a method of payment. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or the order is canceled.

Combined / International Shipping

Please place your order and request an invoice for adjusted shipping. We try to offer our customers different options for methods of shipping in order to provide the choice of cost and transit time. Buyer has the right to refuse payment if the shipping charges are found to be too expensive.

Shipping

All items ship within 1-2 business days. As many merchants we sell in many market places and eBay inventory values are not always accurate, but we have next day deliveries from different manufacturers every day. Also please note that we offer different shipping options at different costs as a convenience to our customers.Also Note: Media Mail services are non-guaranteed and have taken as long as 15 business days for delivery.

Returns

Please check to ensure that the item is in good condition within the first 48 hours of receipt. No penalty for exchanging damaged items. Other returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase at a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be accompanied with original packaging and documentation.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

You may have noticed some recent negative feedback in regards to delivery times of International packages. Due to the Inaccuracy in USPS Priority Mail Transit Times We are now offering you a couple of different methods of shipping including UPS and Express Mail. These other two options are more reliable services yet they are more expensive. USPS Priority Mail International Services can take up to 90 days for delivery. If you ship USPS Priority Mail, we can not make lost package claims until after 90 days from shipment.

All International Packages are sent as a package (not a letter) and insured for the value. Additionally, we do not change values on products on customs paperwork as such things are illegal and will possibly cause the denial of entrance into your country. ALL ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Additionally, we have no way of telling the fees associated with the entrance of a particular country.

Shipments to certain more restricted countries may take longer to process. A good Example is packages to the Russian Federation. These packages must be processed by an International Care representative at the post office. This means that after the package is ready to ship, it must be hand delivered to a postal agent to complete the customs paperwork and the procedures for shipping to your country.

In early 2009, CB ventures established as a eBay store called Pilot Center. Due to increased demand for pilot supplies and customer requests for a cheaper alternative, Pilot's HQ was established. The owner has over 12 years experience as a Purchasing Director for both a flight school and a corporate FAA part-135 jet operator. Due to the success of the site, in 2010 CB Ventures obtained a brick and mortar establishment and in 2011 incorporated to Pilots HQ LLC. Pilot's HQ also supports FBO's, Jet operators and flight schools with all of the supplies they require, from cleaning supplies to aircraft engines, we do it all.
