Airplane has always been hanger kept, I have owned for last 25 years with no incidents or damage. It was painted in 1986 and the engine was rebuilt then, the time on engine is approximately 675 at this time with almost 2600 on airframe. It has been a great airplane I just do not fly it as much as it deserves. It fly's true stalls great and has always been a great airplane to own. The Comanche is a great airplane to upgrade to or if you are looking for great performance and less fuel consumption than a twin. All ad's have been complied with and my annual generally cost around $1000.00with the insurance about $1200.00 depending on hull coverage.
