Engines are Lycoming piston O-360-A1P
Left s/n L-5045-36 - hrs since new = 3539.1 - hrs since overhaul = 36.3 - tbo time remaining = 1963.7
Right s/n L-5044-36 - hrs since new = 3649.0 - hrs since overhaul = 1170.5 - tbo time remaining = 829.5
Propellers are Hartzell HC92ZK-2B
Left hub s/n 1306F - blade s/n A47418 and A47415 - hrs since overhaul = 1195.9 - tbo life remaining = 274 months overdue
Right hub s/n 1307F - blade s/n A47406 and A47422 - hrs since overhaul = 1119.2 - tbo life remaining = 274 months overdue

We had a complete annual inspection performed in June, 2015 as this aircraft has not been flown for several years --- many issues identified were repaired and are not listed herein
The following discrepancies/unairworthy items were identified and, at a minimum, will need correction to complete the annual:
1, A.D. 2005-18-12, hub corrosion - this applies to both Hartzell props
2. Left engine mixture control cable frozen
3. Right engine egt probe not installed
4. Left engine egt indication is intermittent
5. Right engine fuel control valve, electric fuel pump and gascolator is heavily corroded and inoperable
6. Both brake master cyclinders need to be overhauled
7. The nose tire is worn
8. Aircraft trim system needs rigged
9. All wheels bearings will need to be cleaned, inspected and packed
10. ELT batteries need to be replaced and unit tested
