Total times subject to change as it is still flying.
Very clean and strong running 182 located in Southeast Wyoming.
Just went through an extensive (8 month) Annual, completed March of 2015.
STC'd to run on MoGas.
Also have wheel pants (not pictured).
ELT battery replaced June 2014.
Transponder certification in June 2015 along with the properly documented installation of a Garmin 696 (VFR Only) GPS into the dash (See Pictures). Includes traffic and terrain alerts fed through the intercom system. GREAT for high traffic areas!
Engine last major overhaul was at 1226 hrs. Still runs strong with the latest compressions all in the high 60's to low 70's.
No other known issues, but it's days are numbered which is why we are asking a low price to account for engine overhaul somewhere down the road. In its condition and the instrumentation installed the book value on AOPA V-Ref is $79,500 with 0 engine time.
Interior & Paint completed in 2001 and both still in GREAT shape. (See Pictures)
