Up for bid is a 1979 Cessna 172N. We decided to sell this plane with a fresh annual ( currently in annual until May) We thought we could turn more of a profit by parting it out. The air frame has 2674 total time. The engine was overhauled by Zepher engines in central Florida in June of 2013. It currently has 154 hrs since major overhaul. Compression across all cylinders are 79/80. The nav/coms are MX-385(Michaels) that are "brand new". We'll provide all paperwork and trays. The wings have the standard 27.5 gal tanks. No hail at all! The paint is like new seeing as though it was repainted in 2009 and seldom left a hanger since. The interior is original, however, in good condition due to what was previously stated.
