3300 Total Time, 1200-ish hours SMOH. Flown about 150 hours a year for the last couple of years. Flies great! Engine compressions are all great. Garmin 250XL GPS/COMM, Garmin GTX 327 Transponder, KX 170B NavCom, KMA 20TS0 audio panel, new spark plugs and wires, new battery, new alternator, flap gap and aileron seals, wheel pants. Paint and interior are 6. I put in a new stratus ADS-B for those who use Foreflight.
This is a GREAT trainer / first plane. It burns roughly 8.5 to 9 gallons an hour and cruises at 105 knots. It has the automotive gas STC but I've never run auto gas in it. It cost me roughly $700 / year to insure it and $100 / month at Boeing field to park it.

I'd consider trading. I'm looking for a Bonanza S35, Lance, Barron, etc. I'd really like to find something with a turbo and a hot prop.
