9/5/2016 – The Following Discrepancies were found and corrected during Annual Inspection:
NLG Tire will not hold Pressure: Corrective Action: Replaced NLG tire with new tire.
Main Ship Battery Will Not Hold Charge: Corrective Action: Replaced Battery with New Gill Battery
RMLG Strut will not hold Pressure: Corrective Action: Replaced Strut Valve: Leak Ck Good.
Removed and Replaced All Nav Light Bulbs and rewired worn wing tip ground wires.
Pitot Tube Clogged – Blew Out Obstruction in tube.
Engine Oil drained and changed adding 10 qts of Aeroshell 10W-50.
Fuel Strainer clogged and Gasket worn and Leaking. Cleaned debris and drained and sumped all tanks. Installed new gasket. Leak Ck Good.

AD 68-13-03 – Fuel Cells – C/W
AD 75-12-06 - Fin Forward Spar – C/W
AD 76-07-12 – Bendix Switches – C/W
