C-85-12 49 SMOH, Sensenwich 74FCT48 Prop,  Rudder peddles, Cenconite fabric wings, New glass for back windows, new compass, spin on filter, Cleveland wheels and brakes, Dual fork, Always hangered. No damage, No corrosion on spar's and wings. (See picture of rear spar) AD's checked and complied with.  The reoccurring AD's will need to be checked for a new annual. STC to metalize wings if you want to.
