Offered here is a nice little Cessna 150 Commuter. This aircraft was abandoned at Auburn California for several years. I acquired it about 4 years ago. Since then I have restored it to airworthy condition with new interior, replaced the nose cowling, nose strut, added a oil filter, repaired the carburetor, repaired a ding on the right wing leading edge, replaced the tachometer, repaired the brakes, re-upholstered the seats, installed new carpet, repaired the door key, and just gave it a lot of TLC.This plane is extremely low time for its age. It was not used as a primary trainer for thousands of hours like a lot of similar aircraft. This aircraft is stc'd for auto fuel. It is quite economical at approximately 5 gallons per hour. This aircraft can take an aspiring pilot to private, instrument and commercial and probably be able to sell it for more than was paid for it. Annual was just completed and is due December 2019. That's the good. The bad is the paint is maybe a 5 out of ten. You can get a paint job in Canada for approximately $8,000.00 the last time I called. I just performed an annual on this 150 and everything works fine. Radios are in excellent condition and work fine. glide slope works fine. Audio panel and radio master all work great. Vacuum is normal. All AD's complied with. Tires are serviceable. I rebuilt the nose strut when I got the plane. Brakes are good. Bearings are serviceable and repacked. no fluid leaks. Intercom works. Each yoke has a mic button. All logbooks since new. Oil consumption is great and seems to be a quart in 8 hours, I put a spin on oil filter but still change it every 25 hours.I just did a compression test with #1-72/80; 2-75/80; #3 72/80; #4 73/80. Windows are fine no crazing to speak of. The only damage I am aware of is a ding in the leading edge of the right wing just above the strut attachment. I repaired it per AC 43 by cutting out the damaged area (small 2" x 3", replacing the skin with a doubler and nico press rivets, a little body putty and paint. Seats have new upholstery. There is new carpet.

For those of you curious about instruction The average solo time is 12 hours of flight instruction. There is an additional 12 hours of ground instruction along with that. Primary Instruction for ground and flight is $60.00 per hour.
