This system 50 was removed serviceable from a Glasair 3. There are 2 S-Tec brackets from that installation. No harness included.
We purchased this for our Beechcraft Bonanza, however we have decided to focus on paint, and an Aspen before we upgraded our Autopilot.
The S-Tec System 50 features a separate turn coordinator and programmer/computer, with altitude hold capability. Includes turn command up to 90% standard rate turn, VOR/localizer/back course Intercept and tracking, and GPS tracking (with GPSS mudual not included).
Heading pre-select is available with the included heading DG. Fits standard 3ATI hole.
The controller can be reprogrammed at S-Tec for most airplane makes and models. The cost quoted by S-Tec is $500-$700 depending on what your installer/shop charges you. This system is 14V and can not be changed to 28V. The DG, turn coordinator, and total pressure transducer are standard 14V units.

The servos are specific to installation, so you mush check to see if these will work with your aircraft type set up. If they are not the units you need, others can be purchased used here on ebay, and elsewhere on line.
If purchasing this system 50 for a Glasair III, it all should be correct servos, and ready to install.
If purchasing this system 50 for any other aircraft, the programmer/computer, DG, turn coordinator, and pressure transducer will be OK, you just have to check what servos S-Tec calls for.
If purchasing for other experimental this may also be a straight install. I don't have much knowledge of the experimental category.
This System 50 is "as removed/serviceable", however being electrical instrumentation it is sold as is.
I have this autopilot for sale on a couple other sites, and locally. So if sold I will end this auction.
