Brand new Garmin SL40; never used or installed; still has protective plastic covering over comm display (see my photo); original packaging; installation manual; I removed the radio only to take these photos; no external wiring harness  nor installation kit is included; I put a down payment on an S-LSA (light sport) aircraft and asked them to make changes to the panel before I picked it up. They purchased the avionics I wanted but dragged their feet preparing the aircraft. When the FAA decided to not allow the company to sell their aircraft, I cancelled my order. They kept most of my down payment and mailed to me some of the equipment they had ordered for the airplane. This is the radio that was never installed.
