This neat and unusual slide hammer is for properly removing the gear box from all Rotax 912, 912iS, 914, and 915iS engines. The hammer portion is an actual unserviceable Rotax prop shaft! A very cool addition for any Rotax technician.

This tool is new and was never used, but the prop shaft will show some signs of wear as it's a used part with actual flight hours on it! That's why it so much neater than all the others! Since we're only using the prop shaft as a hammer, wear or scuffs on the prop shaft will not effect the slide hammer's effectiveness. While the tool is not in use, the prop shaft can be removed and placed on a tool box, desk, or in a cabinet. It's a very cool conversation piece.
