1975 Cessna 150 model M. Great shape and fly’s fantastic and regularly. Owned by three partners currently but selling the plane outright as a whole or if you are in the Atlanta area we can discuss the possibility of buying into the plane as a shareholder 8500.00 per 1/3 share. Many long term updates have been completed just this year. These include a factory overhauled carb, 3 new tires and tubes, 2 wheel pants, a lighweight and fantastic skytech starter. Recent GPS database, and newer vertical speed indicator (the old one was faded but worked fine) newer easy to read vertical compass,and a Peterson autogas STC. Also the fuel vent was upgraded to the Mcfarland no drip vent and 2 new wing sump drains were installed. The 2 year transponder check was recently completed and the newer compass was calibrated for the plane. About 300 SMOH and about 11k TTAF. In annual until September 2018. The interior is 8/10 the paint is 5/10. Radio’s GPS and VOR and all switches and circuits are all functional clear and easy to read and operate. Easily upgraded to IFR I have a very good shape bendix king 209 glide slope already in hand available seperately. I also have a brand new Garmin ADS-b available seperately.
