No damage history but has been out of annual for years. E225 engine was running strong but started messing up the hanger floor with oil leaks. I have another plane, so I put this one on the back burner expecting to do some major refurbishing some year, but it doesn't look like it will happen. I dumped over $10K into it's last annual.
Total airframe time 5078 hrs. Beech Roby electric prop (215) in good shape with 2387 hrs TSN, 96.1 TSO. E225 with 1588hrs TSO / ~30hrs since top (has good jugs). Have all the logs since 1955. No corrosion or sheet metal damage. Has mg ruddervator. I have a second interior I was planning on installing that will go with it. Has old radios but they work.
It's kept in my hanger, which is located in a dry but very dusty environment (CGZ). It will have to be hauled away or you can camp out for a week and get the annual done.
