This is a 1961 Cessna 182D single engine airplane for auction. This is not a typo: Yes, Low time airframe, only 1365 hours since new, and always hangered since NEW. Only two owners since manufactured. The interior and paint are in very good condition since this aircraft is always hangered. The headliner was reconditioned a few years ago and is presently in good condition. The last owner passed away suddenly and this immaculately maintained airplane is now available immediately. The airplane is currently flying and is in annual inspection until June 2015. I've included general specifications for the airplane along with copies of the logbook from the last annual inspection, May 2014. All outstanding AD were complied with at the last annual inspection. Inspection of the airplane is encouraged and can be made by appointment at Summit Airport (KEVY), Middletown, Delaware, 19709. The logbooks are complete, up to date, and available for inspection.
