Hi Folks! Up for Bid/"Buy it Now" today is a nice estate project 1974 Cessna 421B. Missing logs. The logbooks are being looked for but at this time we are selling the aircraft WITHOUT logbooks. If the logs are found they will be given to the buyer at no charge or fee. The times are estimates from the shop that worked on the aircraft. They performed numerous annuals, hung the right engine and both props after overhaul. Estimated times are 4000TT, Right engine is less than 200 since a Mattituck, left engine is 1266 on factory reman, both props are less than 200 done at the same time as the right engine. Last annual 2006. Avionics- King Gold Crown with triple comms, dual navs, DME, RNAV, dual King transponders, KR85 ADF, Collins Radar, Apollo GPS, PS engineering intercom all seats. 8 seats including belted potty. The plane is loaded! Full deice, copilot instruments, A/C. Paint and interior are in decent shape. Interior has some staining on side panels all as seen in pictures. As stated, I require a $500.00 deposit in 24 hours and full payment within 3 days. I run a 5 day auction and that is the time you need to make arrangements to do your viewing and inspection. I will provide you with references of past buyers. Yes, in some cases you may have to buy sight unseen but I have had many parties do that and they have not been disappointed.

On Feb-01-15 at 07:19:00 PST, seller added the following information:
Update!! After retrieving more documents and records we are now confident that the exact times on this 421 are as follows: 5367TT, 280 since Mattituck and 1266 since factory reman. We have been in communication with Continental in Alabama and are getting docs on the Mattituck overhaul and the factory reman. I have also retrieved the FAA docs. This plane was on 135 certificates for most of its life!
Also have 1976 Cessna T310R being listed from same estate! Look for it! or give a call!
