I have here one incredible 1947 V-Tail Bonanza BE35 based at KCOI beautiful Merritt Island, Fla, with all the modern upgrades, complied with AD's, and speed mods available for this Sexy Beast. She is also incorporated as a Delaware LLC, that you will be purchasing a 50% ownership.

Option: My intention is finding one great qualified partner here locally, but .... outright sale would take $40,000 to buy this Incorporated Fast Bird and fly her Home without me, No Sales Tax either way ...  

N169P is one sweet flying fast V-Tail bird with the light airframe, reduced drag, and the E-185 upgrade rated as 205 HP for the first 5 minutes on departure. In Fla, I just use the extra HP on the takeoff roll...

Fresh Annual Completed Jan 2015, Passed with Flying Colors - only part required was ELT Battery .....

This is a unique aircraft that represents the best of the early V tail Bonanzas. Lovingly cared for and maintained, N169P flies at 145 knots / 168 MPH on 11.5 gallons per hour. 

I do not know of a speed modification or upgrade that has not been completed. N169P has 3/8 glass all around with speed slope windshield, custom panel and 15 gallon tip tanks all by D’Shannon. Also we're rolling with Cleveland Brakes.

Avionics include GNS-430(non WAAS), coupled to STEC-50, GNS-327 Transponder, PMA-8000 Intercom (pre-wired for Bose jacks), KNS-80 RNAV , KY-97 Comm, vertical card compass, all instruments illuminated (no post lights) . Interior is in super great shape, paint is in good condition (Shines) and does show some Normal wear. 

Custom cover (showing age), custom cowl plugs and pitot cover included. Artic Air cooling unit included and aircraft wired for back seat use with kill switch on panel.
