Disassembled, stripped paint, and cleaned. Visually and

dimensionally inspected. Found door attach plate, race

bearing, washer bearing, locating pin, jack link corroded.

Found link assembly out of dim. Found upper arm worn.

Complied with NDT. Found lower arm cracked. No other cracks

or defects noted. Reinstalled repaired jack link. Replaced

upper arm, lower arm, link assembly, door attach plate, race

bearing, washer bearing, locating pin and all other

applicable parts with new. Painted, reassembled, applied

sealant, set clearances, and safetied. Overhaul complete in

accordance with Hawker-Beechcraft 800 XP CMM Revision 31

dated June 2011. Final inspected.

overhaul: Complied with SB 32-3962 LANDING GEAR COMPONENT

REPLACEMENT FOR HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT, 200-HOUR REQUIREMENT

revision 3, dated February 2012. Complied with SB 32-3696

HAWKER 800XP/l000 MAIN LANDING GEAR (MLG) UPPER/LOWER ARM

AND SIDESTAY ASSEMBLY RE-IDENTIFICATION dated July 2005 and

SB 32-3979 LANDING GEAR COMPONENT REPLACEMENT FOR HYDROGEN

EMBRITTLEMENT, 800-HOUR REQUIREMENT dated February 2010.

Complied with Mod 25G295A from SB 32-3779 SIDE STAY ASSEMBLY

LOWER ARM GREASE FITTING REINTRODUCTION dated July 2006.

Compliance with the listed modifications and service

bulletins changes the part number to 140-810043-11 in

accordance with engineering drawing 140-810043 revision 7

dated 06/28/2006.
