This item was purchased from an aviation inventory surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is not tagged as to the condition status. The top edge is chipped as can be seen in the pictures and the gasket for the front glass is out of place. It is in otherwise good cosmetic condition. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
