You are bidding an a Aircraft Fuel Sump Tool that was surplused after an airline downsized its outbased maintenance station.
P/N: V799 Fuel Sump Drain Tool and DS2205-0010 Bottle Assembly.
It is my understanding this tool was previously used to remove fuel from the lower section of the aircraft fuel tanks as per daily maintenance task.
