I've had this plane for about a year and a half and still have not done anything with it yet so it time to sell. Plane runs great and flies great. Has IFR panel and Horton STOL. Low time motor at only 239 hours since major overhaul. Currently out of annual needs the carry-through spar replaced because of a corrosion spot about the size of a nickel as in the photo shown. Have a replacement spar that is included just needs to be installed. The wings have been removed to move the plane and perform the spar replacement but the wings could be reinstalled so you could fly home on a ferry permint. You could repair the plane and be out cheaper than you can buy a high time plane for. Has been being stored inside large hanger at McGregor airport. Which it can remain at for a month free of charge but after that it's $250 a month. I know 2 A&P's that would be glad to do the repairs. I am selling this plane for what the motor would cost.
