RARE 53" BY 19" PHOTO OF THE EARLY INSTRUMENT PANEL OF THE ECLIPSE 500 AIRCRAFT.  MINT CONDITION.  FREE SHIPPING.

A very few copies of this photo were printed for reference purposes during engineering and pilot training for the original Eclipse 500 aircraft.  It shows the original planned instrument panel configuration which used the Avidyne EFIS.  The software was still being created so the screens shown are simulated.  AS the development progressed, some switch configurations were changed from those shown, and additional legends were added to single-purpose screen buttons.

This is truly a rare find for an owner of this historic aircraft or an aviation history buff because it shows the instrument panel as planned, before the final software and minor user interface changes were incorporated.

The Eclipse 500 was ground-breaking in many ways:  its low cost of operation, its range and speed, and of course its integration of aircraft systems that has now been widely copied by designers of both small personal aircraft and large transport aircraft.

This particular print was mounted on the wall of the Avionics and Electrical Engineering (AEE) group at Eclipse Aviation in Albuquerque.  It served as a reference for the engineers who were finishing the software definition as well as creating documentation and training materials for the aircraft.  It has been stored for the past decade in a protective mailing tube, just waiting to be sent to you.

Please examine the photographs of this print plus the descriptions.  We want you to know exactly what to expect when this reminder of the progress exemplified by the Eclipse 500 aircraft reaches you.
