Shipping Address: We use Fedex Ground to ship our items and therefore we need a street address to send the item. Please make sure the checkout does not contain a PO Box. Also, we reserve the right to require shipment to a confirmed shipping address, especially when the buyer is new to Ebay or Paypal, and also on high value transactions. This means that if you send a payment with an unconfirmed address, we may return it to you and ask for a confirmed address.
Shipping Outside of the 48 States: The shipping price quoted in the auction is for the 48 Contiguous States and includes insurance. On some items we may ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii, but bidders must contact us before bidding for approval
Freight Shipping Prices: Some items are to large to ship using Fedex Ground. These will need to be picked up by the buyer or shipped with a freight carrier. Local pickup in Hot Springs, Arkansas is always free. If you are unable to pick it up here and need freight shipping, please email me with the following information and I will get a quote for you:
-What is your zip code and city?
-Do you have a commercial or residential address?
-Do you have a loading dock or forklift? If not you will most likely need a liftgate truck.
-If it is shipping to a residential address, are you interested in picking the unit up from the nearest freight dock to save money?
International Bids: On some items, we may be willing to ship internationally. However, you must contact us before you bid to be placed on the approved bidders list. PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED FROM INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS AT OUT DISCRETION. PLEASE ASK TO BE PRE-APPROVED.
