Hello:
You are looking at a very nice Mooney M20F with a fuel injected Lycoming IO-360 engine. This aircraft has excellent complete logs, no damage ever, zero hail damage and no corrosion issues at all.
The airframe total time is 4864 hours. The engine time is 1302 hours on a 2000 TBO engine. The three blade propeller has 1277 hours since new. The annual is due 9/2016 and the IFR transponder/static test is due 9/2017.
As you can see in the photos, the paint is older but in good condition. The interior was installed in 2014 and is in very nice condition. The instrument panel has been upgraded to a flat metal panel, getting rid of the dated plastic overlay. The engine battery is new.

Narco CP-136 audio panel, Narco MK-12D digital nav/com with glide slope, Narco Comm 810, Narco AT-150 transponder, EDM-711 graphic engine monitor, 4-place intercom., digital tachometer, back-up electric horizon indicator, avionics master switch, Davtron O.A.T/volt/pressure alt. gauge, Hamilton card compass, digital clearance recorder.
This aircraft trues out at 155 knots, burning 10 GPH. It stays in the air for 5 hours and has a useful load north of 1,000 LBS.
