Garmin GNS530A 011-00835-00. This is the high power 16W comm version. 28V only as the comm board needs the higher voltage for the 16W output.
Tested and tagged with an FAA 8130.
Unit comes complete with tray, backplate with the as removed connectors attached (these are becoming very hard to find and are very expensive).
