This stereo aviation headset is in excellent cosmetic condition and it functions with passive noise reduction but the ANR doesn't work properly anymore. I sent it to David Clark for a repair estimate and they quoted $300, which would include fixing the ANR and replacing the mic and some cables.
If you want to use this without ANR, it seems to work fine. If you want to get the ANR repaired, you'll have a like-new refurbished headset that should last you many years.
