This is a Garmin SL40 VHF COMM Radio p/n: 430-6040-203 s/n: 25804793 and comes with a rack. This unit was freshly overhauled by Garmin on 5/14/25 and comes with an 8130 and a 30 day warranty.
When Garmin overhauls a device, they bring it back to factory specifications through a process of testing and repair. This includes factory refurbishment, where units undergo extensive testing to ensure they meet the same standards as when they were new.
