SHIPPING In cases where an item is damaged in the mail, notification must be given upon receipt, and damaged package must be retained for possible carrier inspection. The following pictures are needed for us to submit an insurance claim: all damage to the item(s), the shipping box (overall and any damage to box), the shipping label, all packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc). Without these pictures you will not be issued a refund. Shipping carrier may be switched if this is believed to be in the buyer's best interest.
