FTA-550AA Handheld Transceiver

The FTA-550 is a 760-channel handheld transceiver that also features a VOR receiver, and will even receive and display a localizer! FTA-550 also features a large fully backlit and dimmable dot matrix LCD display with the resolution to easily see all of the great features the radio has to offer. It can store 200 channels in memory and uses up to 15 alphanumeric characters to easily identify those channels. When a VOR or Localizer frequency is selected, the NAV display shows a CDI for easy navigation, and the radio comes configured with an easy-to-use icon-driven menu system where display and menu settings are logically configured for an intuitive user interface.

The YAESU FTA-550 is packed with features, yet very affordable. Boasting an oversize full dot matrix LCD display, the FTA-550 Airband Transceiver provides full communication on the Aircraft communications Band and additionally provides VOR and ILS navigation features on the "NAV" band. The FTA-550 includes NOAA weather band monitoring and the capability of programming up to 200 memory channels with a quick and easy channel recall feature. The brand new easy to operate menu system is icon driven making it simple to navigate through all of the powerful features this transceiver has to offer. Additionally the FTA-550 can easily be reprogrammed in minutes using the optional PC Programming software and the supplied USB programming cable.

When  will my order ship? We are generally able to ship same-day if the order is received by 1pm Pacific Time. How  do I check the status of my order? When your order ships, you will be provided a tracking  number via e-mail. Please contact us if you do not receive  tracking information within 24-hrs. Can I return an item? Unless otherwise noted in a particular listing, the following policy applies. All brand new products come with a 30-day money back guarantee (less 15% restocking fee). Items that are used/reconditioned include a 7-day DOA policy. If the item has a problem or is missing any accessories listed in the auction, please contact us immediately. If we made an error with your shipment, we will correct it.	UPS shipping costs apply to 48 contiguous states. USPS is a much cheaper alternative for shipments to AK & HI. ATTN INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We ship either FedEx Expedited or USPS. We cannot ship orders valued over $500 via USPS. They will only ship FedEx. International buyers must use a major credit card or be a verified PayPal member with a confirmed address. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and VAT charges. We are not able to determine these taxes for you, as they are depenant on each individual country. If an item is not paid for within three days, we reserve the right to relist or sell the item to another customer. We will also initiate an unpaid item dispute with eBay. Any warranty indicated as a "PCA" warranty is through our service department. If a problem develops in the warranty period indicated in the auction, please contact us right away so we can determine the appropriate action. We will repair the unit ourselves, send the unit for outside repair, or replace the item at our discretion.
