Overall very good +++ condition or better. No major damage. Looks like the PO used some sort or whiteout on top of the headpiece that is easily removed with alcohol. I started to remove it, but it was taking off some of the white lettering so I stopped. I will leave final cleaning up to potential buyer. Missing the microphone foam, as seen in pictures. Otherwise very good condition. Ear pads appeared to have no deterioration on the soft services.
