These kits are designed to and will replace your oem parts perfectly.Hypereutectic pistons are made of an aluminum alloy which has much more silicon present than is soluble in aluminum at the operating temperature. Hypereutectic aluminum has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion, which allows engine designers to specify much tighter tolerances. 

 NOTE We carry sets for any oversize bore. .010, .020". 1st and 2nd oversize are available plus 277 377 447 503 532 464 521 582 piston kits. If you have an early style engine ( different size outer crank seals) please add a note to seller in the checkout and we will send the correct gasket kit for that engine.
