This unit was carefully removed in from an ex-Finnish Air Force aircraft during a fleet-wide avionics modernization program. The fleet had an exceptionally low average of total flight hours prior to removal.

The display has been bench-tested for power-on. The internal processor boots successfully, and the active-matrix LCD is exceptionally bright, clear, and sharp with vibrant colors and no dead pixels or lines. The internal backlight is strong, which is a critical factor for the SN3500 series. All mechanical knobs and push-buttons have a crisp, positive tactile feel.

(Note: The red HDG/NAV warning flags visible in the listing photos are standard internal diagnostics and are perfectly normal for a bench test when external AHRS, GPS, and NAV ARINC data streams are not connected).
