DMC / Daniels Professional Gulfstream & Aerospace Electrical Wiring Tool Kit
Excellent collection of genuine Daniels Manufacturing Corporation (DMC) aerospace crimping, contact installation/removal, wiring and connector tooling.
This kit includes several industry-standard DMC / military-specification tool systems used for aerospace electrical and connector maintenance, including the MH860 (M22520/7-01) crimp tool, HX4 (M22520/5-01) crimp frame, multiple 86-series positioners, Y-series dies, contact gauges, and a large assortment of DMC insertion/removal tooling.
IMPORTANT FOR GULFSTREAM & OTHER AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE OPERATORS:
Although this particular kit was originally assembled by DMC as the DMC197 Maintenance/Repair Kit for the Gulfstream II, many of the individual DMC tools contained in the kit are standardized aerospace tools and are not limited to the Gulfstream II.
The MH860, for example, is the military-standard M22520/7-01 crimp tool and accepts interchangeable 86-series positioners. The HX4 is M22520/5-01 and accepts interchangeable DMC Y-series dies. These types of DMC tooling are used across a wide variety of aerospace electrical/contact applications.
Buyers supporting later Gulfstream aircraft—including GIII, GIV and G450 operations—should check the individual tool, positioner, die and connector part numbers shown in the photographs against their applicable aircraft maintenance/wiring documentation.
