Seller statement: Unit was serviceable when removed. Sold as removed / as pictured. We have not powered it or run a bench check. Buyer / installing shop is responsible for inspection and installation per FAR 91.217 and the ACK A-30 manual.

This data plate is the 30,750 ft gray-code version, not the later A-30.9 / Mod 9 42,000 ft dual-RS-232 unit.

 
When replacing an older A-30, apply power only to the correct pin (pin 8 on later mods) — see ACK manuals.

Install reminder FAR requires calibration / correspondence with the aircraft altimeter when installed for IFR. No periodic maintenance is specified by ACK beyond that.
